Titles
1. Your first title can be claimed at any time.
2. Any title is allowed 20 (twenty) claims for the initial claims list. This list can be edited at any time from the approval of the claims list up until the first issue is published.
3. A second title may be claimed once you reach continuity (SIX (6) ISSUES), and this title is also allotted 20 (twenty) claims.
4. If you prove unreliable to sustain a series, further restrictions will be placed upon you.
Claims
1. Any character who is unclaimed (not listed on the Master Claims List) can be claimed at any time by any writer with eligible claims.
2. New characters may only be claimed after you have post 2 (TWO) issues.
3. Each month, after you have released your monthly issue, you are eilgible to claim 3 (three) new characters for the title which you have posted. If you have two titles, you will be allotted one extra claim with the criteria that you must use at least 1 (ONE) of those claims on each title.
4. You may only claim characters for titles which you have updated within any given month.
5. If you update your title closley to the end of the month, you will have a 5-day period at the beginning of the next month to insure that you still receive your claims.
6. Legacy characters (Robin to Batman) are eligible for claiming, but for common curtesy we the admins and the community ask you to at the least contact whomever holds the main characters. Therefore, if you wish to claim Robin, you should first contact the writer of Batman.
Deadlines
1. An update of your title must be posted monthly.
2. You may request an extension, but it is preferred if you do this as little as possible, as keeping up with your stories is what keeps the site going.
3. There will be events and specials which, if you choose to participate, may allow you a free extension or extra claims, dependent on what you need when these happen.
General
Be respectful and try to review as many titles as possible. Our sense of community is what allows us to be more than nerds waxing poetic in the night. We all write here to be seen and read by others, and so if you can review a title, review it. Where I (Jordan) may be the current acting admin, I will do no more than approve claims and post categories and boards. Essentially, I'm just another writer who is in charge of maintenance. I hope we can make this board successful this time around.
