So, I am curious, we're called Infinite DC and I am approaching this as though we're writing an "Ultimate" version of DC, but what are the rest of you guys doing?
There are characters who are going to look different and possibly (probably not) act different with slightly altered origins, particularly Captain Atom, actually.
So, I was curious really....how far are you guys going?

Lex and Superman will be roughly the same. I am changing the relationship of a lot of characters to each other. There will be some recognizable portions here and there.
For one thing, we have the unpredictable Ambusg Bug thrown in. The Linda Danvers version of Supergirl is confirmed to show up, but I didn't claim Matrix or whoever it was that gave her powers. So I am taking a different approach to her. Plus, there is Zod. I listed him as undefined for a reason.
The only person who can even come close to knowing what my plans are is Jordan which is only because I am adapting some of our ideas for Ultimate Action Comics from Ultimate DC. But don't worry Jordan! I have changed enough of our plans so that you can still be surprised.

That's good, I think, one of the elements I enjoyed about the Nu52, in places, was the willing to change things up, like Race, or relationships, or anything like that. They established some new lore to make things a bit more...realistic, perhaps?
I'm looking at this as an opportunity to revamp, and re-imaging some elements of the characters. For example, the Linear Men - the images used might not necessarily reflect the original appearances of the characters...

I'm just using this to write. I like changing things up, making them different, and giving you the characters you know and love in a whole new world.

I agree, one of the things I was interested in seeing in your Batman series, particularly the additions of Aztek and Amazing Man - Amazing man was a very different take on the character (I always wanted to see more of the Amazing Man from JSA, but that was not to be, clearly...)
